We received this kind letter from homeowners who had their kitchen refinished by us. Thought we would share their kind words…
Dear Trevor,
I thought that I would drop you a short note to say how satisfied with the work that you recently did for us.
Whilst the quality of the workmanship of your staff was exemplary, we were more than impressed with the service we received.
We were promise that our cupboard doors would be picked up at 10am on the Tuesday and they were; we were promised that they would be completed and delivered on the Friday two weeks later and they were.
We find that the modern trend of what passes for service is a vague “Sometime on Monday or Tuesday” or similar means that whole days are wasted waiting for whichever company you are dealing with, an annoying situation – not so with Dianella Polishing.

Re Dianella Polishing.
When the vinyl separated from our vinyl wrap kitchen doors, we thought we would have to replace them with brand new ones particularly as they could not be re-vinyled. An expensive exercise! We were, therefore, pleased to discover that Dianella Polishing could paint our existing doors with a perfect colour match to our existing kitchen scheme. I had doubts that the glue covered MDF doors could be painted, but Tim explained to us that they used a process to dissolve the glue with solvents, seal the MDF surface and then paint in the required finish. He showed us a finished sample of a drawer front that looked so good that we were immediately convinced that this was the way to go.
Trevor arrived that day to provide us with a quote which we received by email the following morning. To save money, we opted to take off the doors, drawer fronts and panels and strip the vinyl ( which just fell off! ) ourselves – a straightforward exercise managed mainly with a screwdriver – and delivered the materials to Dianella Polishing ourselves.
Exactly as promised, the doors etc were finished in a fortnight and Trevor personally delivered them to our home. They looked superb and the colour match was perfect. Trevor left us a tin of the paint they used and said that should any panel be damaged when we put the kitchen back together that we could bring the door and paint and they would redo it for us.
We were very impressed with Tim and Trevor’s professionalism. They explained everything very clearly, delivered the doors on time and we were delighted with the finished product. A big thank you to all at the firm and you can be sure we will spread the good word about Dianella Polishing.
